Link to subscribe to DUB Google calendar is not working

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to http://dub.uw.edu/seminar.html
  2. Click on "Google Calendar"

Expected: Calendar added to google calendar
Actual: Taken to Google calendar and loading bar animates indefinitely. No calendar added. (full URL: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r?cid=http:///calendar.ics)

Rather than fix this with variables, I hacked it with an absolute URL via #642.

Should be fine at least until we get an Angular version up.
