The status of the query is still being shown as running on the web page even though queries section shows that the query is executed successfully.

This is actually two bugs:

There's a bug in the Myria backend that the server stops responding for like 10 seconds when a query finishes. So there is an error in AppEngine downloading the data.
The website didn't properly display the error.

I've fixed the second one with #52
