The first time I ran it, Windows asked if I wanted to use python to execute it, I agreed.
After this, when I execute the command, a separate window appears and then disappears just as quickly.

You get no output at all from the tool? I tested using msys2 on Windows, but not sure if is super robust to all different Windows setups.
