Resurrects docs/old/keybindings.html as docs/KEYBINDINGS.md. Improves wording in some cases from the old version. New doc describes search functionality and tabbed bindings. Documentation included, but commented-out, for currently broken features. This reference is written mainly so that keybindings can be restored to the [uzbl-website](https://github.com/uzbl/uzbl-website).
