planer render gives blurred when setting image of resolution 200x200 image as texture

hi,
I have set a static image file which is 200x200 resolution as the texture for planer render to generate a video from single image.
But the generated video has blurred images. But when i use the given example office.org image which is 4160x3120 pixels, it generate better images. So What kind of setting should i set in the the example.conf file to achieve a better image for 200x200 resolution image?
