Not a VLM issue per se, but more a hosting issue. Note that we should ensure php7 compliance and move the setup to Apache 2.4.

À noter, de nombreuses libs présentes dans 'external' ne sont plus à jour, ça serait bien de les mettre à jour (via des submodules, comme pour https://github.com/iCalcreator/iCalcreator ) ou pour ceux qui ne sont pas maintenus... le faire pour php7 au moins.
