• le migrer dans /ws/ (c'est un webservice)
• les requtes SQL font inutilement des jointures lourdes positionsXraces !
• utilisation des wrappers mysql
• gettrack ne tient pas compte du BO apparemment...

manque dans ws/boatinfo/tracks.php:

• la prise en charge du BO
• un fromtime par dfaut raisonnable (24h) mais paramtrable
