Still several issues to address, but I wanted to go ahead and get this online and test from there.

Known issues:
- Currently, only the Mammalia string is available. Need to at least build in support to load some other trees.
- When too many nodes are loaded (100s?) the audio overloads and oscillators start glitching. Probably not a good way to solve this, but the user should at least be warned or prompted to disable audio.
