Currently, @vue/cli 3.0.1 uses Babel 7.0.0-beta.47 which does not work nice with Custom Elements.
Once the Babel version there gets updated to stable 7.0.0, we need to update this repo once again.

Note: the needed fix landed in vuejs/vue-cli#2642 but not yet released at the moment.

Fixed by #14 and is now working on p3-preview branch, to be merged to master soon.
