As a Windows user, I want to build Flow locally so that I can get to know early if sth is broken. Currently there are some tests fail ONLY on Windows machine, need to investigate why they failed and fix those.

  • UpdateThemeImportsTest.noDuplicateImportEntryIsWrittenIntoImportsFile:171 >> InvalidPath
  • UpdateThemeImportsTest.themeClientSideModulesAreWrittenIntoImportsFile:151 >> InvalidPath
