Mud block

The Mud block (the textures should be in limbo I believe) is a block that slows you down quite a bit, even more than Soulsand. You sink half a block into it.

You can smelt it into a Mud Brick, which can craft the Mud Bricks block. It's a low-blast-resistance, fancy building block.

I believe this should cover everything it is supposed to do.
