Write README.md for basic open source stuff for the project and where the project and firefox-bookmarks would fit. Rough list of requirements:

  1. Introduction of project
  2. About firefox-bookmarks sub-module
    1. Significance
    2. Installation
    3. Usage
  3. Word for contributors
  4. Future ideas for the project
