Check box email plugin for rounbcube

This is plugin for roundcube

Install
----------------------------------------
1- Add the plugin to roundcube $rcmail_config['plugins'] array
2- Add 'chbox' column to $rcmail_config['list_cols'] array

Bug
----------------------------------------
There's a bug with the list of options in mail page. You need to add a line in 
<skin>/templates/mail.html, if not, when the user saves preferences, the chbox 
column will be hidden.
In file <skin>/templates/mail.html, in the section "listoptions" needs to look 
something like this:
