This is the implementation for the article Multi-organ segmentation in a low resource architecture by Valentin Ogrean and Remus Brad.

- segthor-***.py -> training DL networks using different strategies (single, multi-organ)
- segthor-evaluation-***.py -> automatic segmentation generation based on trained networks
