Version 16 bug with Windows and Eglot

Describe the bug
Eglot won’t connect to Ltex-ls.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Launch emacs
• Connect witch eglot
• type full path of ltex-ls.bat

Expected behavior
Eglot connected to LTeX (working with LTeX 15.0.2.0)
