FDCemu v2

This is an improved implementation of FDCemu - BDI Floppy Disk Controller&Drive Emulator by Helbr (original version page https://zx-pk.ru/threads/30269-emulyator-kontrollera-diskovoda-beta-disk-na-avr.html in Russian)

This remake contains an LCD and encoder controls used to manage a TRD-image config on SD-card. This allows to select an image (up to 256 image file on a card) interactively just like swapping a real floppies in a drive.
