This caused my GitHub Actions CI workflow to fail, because the plugin can no longer download KSC. I was able to work around it by adding a specific url configuration parameter, but it would be nice for the plugin to default to the new location where KSC is published, for example https://github.com/kaitai-io/kaitai_struct_compiler/releases/download/0.9/kaitai-struct-compiler-0.9.zip
