Allows for Portal Names to be displayed in big text centre of screen when viewing a portal
@nxPublic sorry for the mess, couldn't get the PR to work then ended up with duplicates... and a big mess...
Anyways this is the first PR i've done so not not expecting this to be done correctly!
To test add bigPortalNames=true in [Game]
