If RP or RP PVP realm, dynamically choose default notification based on race.

Use LibRealmInfo.

Dwarves: ??
Gnomes: Default
Humans: GogoWatch
Night Elves: ??
Blood Elves: ??
Orcs: ??
Tauren: ??
Trolls: Troll
Undead: ??
