New version of vanilla-masker using esnext while trimming down the scope of the library.

The ideia is to provide something like "mask-core" with the pattern built-in, and the other functions as "toMoney" into standalone modules.

Also, another goal is to provide an easy API to integrate with other libraries (ie Vue, React) and so on.
