QnA: switching a question back to a discussion leaves comment info

To reproduce:

• create a question
• mark a comment as an answer
• use discussion options to make question a discussion
• comment ist still marked as "Accepted Answer"

Expected behavior would be that only questions could have answers.

base_commentInfo_handler adds this information. It should check $args['Discussion']->Type and exit if that is not a question
