Repository to acompany Martinez-ara et al., 2023
This repository contains 4 folders:
- A snakemake pipeline to process EEP libraries iPCR, pDNA and cDNA sequencing data.
- An Rproj folder containing all scripts for data preprocessing, data analysis and generation of all figures in the publication.
- a data folder containing all processed data.
- a folder containing the datteRo R package developed by Federico Comoglio. This package is necessary for preprocessing of the data.
