Problem description
The User Interface is a convenient way to interact with a server. However, the UI cannot be started in a convenient way but only with a docker run command that is found in the UI's README.

Desired solution
It would be convenient to start the UI also with:

vserver start --with-ui
# OR
vserver start-ui

  • Add to vserver start
  • Add command to start UI separately
  • Stop on vserver stop
  • Add command to stop UI
  • Add option to configuration file for specifying UI port and whether UI should be started
  • Update docs

I decided not to add separate commands to start UI yet, as I don't think they are really necessary. @frankcorneliusmartin do you agree?
