This new version conflates bucket env vars to STORAGE_BUCKET and removes the DEBUG env var for LOG_LEVEL.

Bump the redis-consumer helm chart to 0.3.0 and update the image tag to 0.9.0.
This release changes a couple of environment variables, namely:
DEBUGhas been refactored toLOG_LEVELAWS_S3_BUCKETandGOOGLE_STORAGE_BUCKEThave been replaced by a singleSTORAGE_BUCKETwhich requires the bucket protocol (e.g.gs://)CLOUD_PROVIDERhas been removed.
