The rendering should managed centrally and internally.

This merge will remove the pre-rendering and the context management as it currently exists and enables the usage of native statement expressions or other native directives.
It also brings some new components and component interactions like events and actions.
It removes the tag helpers, as I want HTMLKit to contain only official implementations.
