Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the model must be downloaded manually. It is built weekly to cada-prio-data.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow to automatically download the latest cada-prio-data release from GitHub. By default the feature should be switched off and it should be able to switch it on via command line argument and environment variable.
