- Added general settings with:
- Enabling/disabling notifications.
- Profile lists type configuring.
- Profile lists button position changing.

- List entries in profile are clickable and open new screens.
Improvements
- Reduced size of images. That can reduce consumption of operative memory.
- Added card about empty messages.
- Swipe-refresh marker in message screen is working better.
Bug fixes
- Crash on screen rotation.
- Messages can be sent now.
- After navigating back to profile scroll is return back as you left it.
