Clock Angle Problem

A simple CLI PHP application of the clock angle problem to find the hour, minute, internal and external angle with PHP Unit Testing.

Setup

Steps to start the project :

Clone or Download the project.
Navigate to the root directory of the project.
```
$ cd clock-angle
```
Install dependencies using composer.
```
clock-angle$ composer install
```
Yes we are ready to go now, from the root directory execute script with ./console, you should get the help message with list of commands.
```
clock-angle$ ./console
```
To execute PHP Unit Tests, navigate to test folder.
```
clock-angle$ vendor/bin/phpunit tests
```
Thats it!, Your first CLI application.
