An OTP application
Install pigpio and start the pigpiod daemon on the RaspberryPi. See instructions here: http://abyz.co.uk/rpi/pigpio/index.html
Set the pigpiod IP and port in sys.config.
Build the epigpio project:
$ rebar3 compile
