Create a new environment ENVIRONMENT NAME - venv COMMAND - python -m venv .venv ACTIVATION - .VENV\Scripts\activate.bat DEACTIVATION - .VENV\Scripts\decativate.bat HERE -y provides all the confirmation automatically to move ahead with the installation.
