And an admin should be able to change it.

Currently a job is simply broken (cannot be executed and fails without clear error) if it's associated user no longer exists.

  • warning is job/backup list if user is missing
  • edition of jobs to allow user changing

So we should also display if the user is not here anymore with an explicit message.
