It would be a nice enhancement if templates could be flagged as "hidden" in XO. Hidden templates couldn't be shown in picklists, etc. when creating a new VM.

I'm not sure it's exactly the original request. You maybe want to add an option to hide "bundled" templates?

I think it would be a nice enhancement to be able to individually mark templates as hidden so that they don't appear within dropdowns in XO. Apparently, Citrix does this for some objects in XenCenter. See here for more details.

I know it's been a while, but did anything ever come of this? I've seen some requests back to 2018 for it as well, definitely is something I'd like to see as I don't use default templates much.
