Describe the bug

Import of disk or ISO (either from URL or direct upload) doesn't work at all. Task is created, but stays at 0% forever.

To reproduce

1. Go to Import > Disk
2. From URL or direct upload
3. Select ISO Repository
4. Select source for example from https://download.sys.truenas.net/TrueNAS-SCALE-Cobia/23.10.2/TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.2.iso
5. Click Import

Import progress wheel spinning...

Checkout Tasks - Import task is present in Pool tasks, but is stacked on 0% forever.

Expected behavior

Expecting import task to complete.

Additional context

I'm not sure when this issue exactly started, I still have snapshot to which I can rollback to XO commit c10e3fd, where everything was working well.

i get the same bug, nit sure if it had something to do with yarnpkg key being depreciated. but noticed this was an issue before this started happening. if it helps

Same issue here, also with uploading downloaded ISO File from System and uploading via Webinterface
