Aircraft filed as RR, but assigned a Track, do not appear in that track's processed list

If I clear someone for a track for them to show up on that track. Some pilots are filing RR. I assign them for example Track F in the clearance, but when I check cleared track F aircraft they do not show up in that list

Wasn't aware this was happening, but that would be bad obviously... if they are assigned a track, they should (for all intents and purposes) be grouped and filtered exactly the same way as if they had selected that track in their request.
