This release brings back linux support in the form the SDL CLI

Other notable changes include:

Fixed a HDMA issue in the V8 GB(C) core that caused glitched tiles and other oddities in pokemon crystal. This is the last known major issue too plague the V8 core
Ported some changes from the V7 core into the V8 core
Improvements for the RTC load and save process
Made a change to the lua engine to allow linking to an external lua 5.1 library. To do this a dependency on an internal header file had to be removed. All lua code depending on this has been changed into simpler alternatives using just the external interface
Change the versioning policy. Versioning is now achieved through the same method for linux and windows builds
Replace SVN build version mechanics with new git build version mechanics
The GTK2+ interface can also be build and runs, but it is not production ready
Replace the autotools build chain with a cmake solution
Made some organizational changes for project internals (V7 cores no longer sport a seperate versionn. Binaries using them will report it though)

Known issues/oddities:

V7 GB(C) core does not support cheats. If the V8 turns out to be stable enough for everyone, this will not be fixed and this core will disappear soon
On at least windows 10 in smaller Video windowed modes the emulator screen is squashed due to the menu bar doubling down
Lua script files passed to the SDL CLI must use an absolute path
Essentially no GBA testing has been done
SDL speed button does not work. Only a single throttle level can currently be chosen.
SDL input configuration is too complicated for non-technical people
OSD Text in SDL is aligned to far to the right
There is no fallback between config file locations only to the default configuration. So setting system wide settings will not automatically make them the default for all users
