feat(search): adjust the menu search function to recognize lowercase input

To enhance user experience, consider enabling lowercase search in the menu. This accommodates users who may prefer typing without starting their search terms with uppercase letters.

Example: Previously, when a user searched for "account" and found no results, with this revision, they would now see "System management > Account management" and other menus in the search results.
