Draw on a shared screen?

Could it be possible, during a peer to peer video call, to draw on a shared screen?
The best would be for both participant to be able to draw on a shared screen.

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing.
I don't want to draw on a whiteboard but directly on what my friend is showing to me.
I mean let's talk about the professional world. My colleague is facing an issue. We start a video call and he/she shares her/his screen. I want to interact and explain the solution by drawing something and writing on the shared screen.
Directly.
I don't want to have to make a screenshot, copypaste it in a whiteboard widget and start drawing...

How would that work for a user with a single screen given they would be sharing their screen which contains their shared screen and causes

When you share your screen in Element, you can share a specific window not necessarily element window.
That's already doable and it's great by the way just not super user friendly system this shift + click on video call...
