Feature/benches

This is a first draft at benchmarking vega. I'll now need a recording to test it, here's a gist of what it does:

• load markets configuration from embed fs
• start the core from the processor level
• replay a recording of transaction sent to vega
• report the results using the standard go benchmark format (which will play nice with benchstat).
