Update testify to 1.7.2

Description

This brings in the latest version of testify, which itself has updated gopkg.in/yaml.v3 to a version which is not affected by CVE-2022-28948. It seems unlikely that this project would be affected by that CVE in particular, but updating that dependency seems like a good precaution anyway.
