REST server for eduit user maintainance

Offers REST API for login and maintain users of EduIT project.

Config

Few environment variables:

• TOKEN_VALIDITY_IN_MINS: validity period of token (in minutes)
• WRONGCREDS: string returned when user sends wrong credentials (i18n possible)
