It can't be precompiled so it shouldn't be there.
Not sure how secure that use of EVAL is, but without MONKEY-SEE-NO-EVAL it won't work at all.
It is `is-deeply` now.
Another solution is to add `use experimental` pragma, but better correct than fast.
I don't know what it used to do, so I changed the code to do *something*. See this rakudo commit for more info: rakudo/rakudo@edadb1d
Not sure why they are there.
I believe rakudo behiavor was changed at some point.
Otherwise tests are flapping.
Because that's what is being used nowadays.

Now tests are passing and things are a tiny bit better. Still not perfect, but much better than it was.
