Created Example for Codeigniter

Hey there,

I have been loving your php builders and am starting to migrate a bunch of older php stacks to Zeit now.
I have created a quick example to run Codeigniter v3 with your builders.

I would really appreciate your help with https://github.com/juicyfx/now-examples. Do you mind to transfer your examples/demos there? CodeIgniter is missing here, among others.

Hi @f3l1x, I have forked the now-examples repo and created a PR for the codeigniter examples. Let me know if you have any issues. I also require the redis extension so I will have a look into that and see if I can get it working on my fork. Thanks/Cheers
