Update Documentation for Open AI Tool Calling

Feature Description

It's been a while since OpenAI's Tool Calling release and I can see the code implemented for tool calling. But I am currently lacking the documentation for its implementation. It'd be awesome if there is some for Tool Calling just as there is for function calling here https://sdk.vercel.ai/docs/guides/providers/openai-functions.
