Our data fetching guide is a huge page of mixed information. It would be clearer to the reader if this info was split (conceptual/reference)

Describe the solution you'd like

We should begin by splitting out the conceptual info from the reference info. This issue should not be started until the new structure is in place re: https://github.com/vercel/product/issues/24
