Supports reading the node version from a nvmrc file. If not present it falls back to the package.json or now.json or the default node version.

We'd like to not tie the npm deployment type too much to global details. Passing on this one. Thanks a lot though!

Let me know if there are some ways we could help make this happen in userland though.
