Issue Template

Context

My electrum XVG wallet will not open at all. I have version 2.4.1 which I believe is the latest currently.
When I open the exe it gives me an error "cx_freeze :python error on main page. "

I cannot find any tangible solution to fixing the problem. Thus far I have redownloaded the wallet and it gives me the same error. This error only occures with this specific wallet as I can open my BTC electrum wallet just fine.

If I can get a electrum wallet working I would like to move it to the verge wallet.

Appologies.
I tried running as admin but receive the same error message.
Should I close this issue and repost to electrum?
