update the aws_elasticache_replication_group to be updated with terraform documentation #15

what

according to latest , some parameters are renamed:

replication_group_description -> description
number_cache_clusters -> num_cache_clusters
availability_zones -> preferred_cache_cluster_azs
num_node_groups and replicas_per_node_group no longer wrapped in cluster_mode

testing
