versionone-opensource-boilerplate

This repository contains boilerplates for items that should be used when creating new opensource projects in GitHub.

##Steps for Creating a New Opensource Repository##

  1. Log into GitHub.
  2. Click to create a new repo.
  3. Enter a name for the repo.
  4. Enter a description for the repo.
  5. Choose to make it Public|Private. (Note: Private repos are considered the exception, most should be public).
  6. Optionally select to create a README.
  7. Create the repo.
  8. Clone the repo locally.
  9. Go into the bin directory of the versionone-opensource-boilerplate project.
