Closes: #293

  • Add .hundo-stats Discord command
  • Add daily hundo stats reporting and use pokemon_hundo_stats table for data
  • Fix daily shiny and IV stats hosted service reporting at midnight
  • Fix issue converting Iana id to Windows id timezone on Windows
  • Fix nightly masterfile.json downloader hosted service
  • Add locales
  • Add detailed logs to all hosted services
