Virtual host addon

Implement a virtual host addon similarly to vhost in Yoke.

Does vert.x 3 support virtual hosts, or that is not implented yet?

@purplefox you can at least look at the requests to know what your hostname to do application-logic virtual hosts, but not router based virtual hosts (grouping routes by virtual host). yes?

The virtual host needs to be a handler that accepts for example a domain or a pattern and then delegates to a second handler, and or router.

What's the status on this?
I want to start a new project where I need virtual hosts and it would be nice to be able to use Vert.x for this.
